Eligibility Criteria (As on 1st April of the Forthcoming Session)

• Play-Way: Minimum age – 2 years and 6 months

• Nursery: Minimum age – 3 years

• L.K.G.: Minimum age – 4 years

• U.K.G.: Minimum age – 5 years

• Class I: Minimum age – 6 years

Admission is granted based on a personal interview. However, a written test may also be conducted, depending on the documents submitted along with the application form.

Note: Registration does not guarantee admission. The school administration reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.

Admission Procedure

• All registered candidates will be notified of the interview date, which includes an interaction session with both the child and the parents.

• For Classes III and above, a merit list will be prepared based on the outcome of personal interaction.

• Due to limited seats, only shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete the final admission formalities.

• Siblings of existing students (Greenites) will be given priority during the admission process.

Admission to Class XI (10+1)

Admission to Class XI will be granted purely on the basis of marks obtained in the Secondary School Examination.

Documents Required at the Time of Admission

1. Four (4) recent passport-size colour photographs of the child

2. Recent passport-size colour photographs of parents/guardians

3. Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school

4. Progress Report from the previous academic session

5. Indemnity Bond signed by the parents (format available in the application form)

6. Medical Certificate duly signed by a registered medical officer (format available in the application form)

Withdrawals

• A written notice of one calendar month is required for withdrawal. Failure to do so will result in one month’s fee being charged.

• If a student is withdrawn after the start of the academic session, an additional month’s fee will be applicable.

• Any one-time refundable charges, if applicable, will be refunded upon submission of:

  • The original Deposit Receipt

  • A written application on the prescribed form

  • Provided that all dues have been cleared in full

• The refund must be claimed within one year from the date of withdrawal.

• Students who leave in the month of May are required to pay the fee for June as well.

• Transfer Certificates will only be issued after all dues are cleared from:

  • Accounts Department

  • Class Teacher

  • Library

  • Sports In-Charge

Grounds for Expulsion

A student may be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:

• Disciplinary reasons

• Detention or repeated detention in a class

• Failure in the same class for two consecutive years

• Age exceeding the school leaving examination limit (18 years)
