Guidelines for Parents

Important General Instructions

• Kindly bind new books before returning them to school.

• Always send a written application for leave when requesting leave for your ward.

• School fees do not include charges for books and uniforms.

• Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings regularly.

• School bags will be sent home on weekends; workbooks (drawing/writing) remain in school (Nursery to Grade III).

• Take care of your ward’s school bag at home and ensure it is complete when sent to school.

• A RO filter is installed on campus; please do not send a water bottle.

• Keep the phone number of your ward’s bus driver handy.

• When visiting school, carry your ward’s reference card.

• On rainy days, buses will not travel on muddy roads.

Essentials to be Carried Every Day

• Student ID card

• School bag

• School diary

• Tiffin box

• Handkerchief

Items Not Allowed

• Expensive/flashy items (watches, jewellery)

• Electronic gadgets (iPods, mobile phones, CD players, handheld games, etc.)

• Toys, balls, sporting equipment

• Inappropriate books, magazines, cassettes with racist, communal, or obscene content

Confiscated items will not be returned, and disciplinary action may be taken.

Lost & Found

• The school is not responsible for lost/misplaced items.

• Parents must contact the Help Desk within 2 working days of loss.

• Items not traced within this period will be considered lost, and the school is not liable.

Transport Queries

• Direct all transport-related queries to the Help Desk / Transport In-Charge.

Security

• Parents and visitors must cooperate with security personnel.

• Sign in at the security cabin at the main gate and report to the Help Desk.

• Students will be handed over only to individuals holding the ward’s reference card.

Teacher-Parent Communication

Messages & Communication

• Parents are requested not to send messages on loose paper, as they may get misplaced.

• All communications should be sent through the school app (“Write to Us” section).

Student Diary

• It is mandatory to read and acknowledge the diary daily.

• Sign the diary daily and record your child’s study hours.

Circulars & Notices

• Review circulars and notices on the school app and website regularly.

School Uniform

• Ensure your child attends school in a neat and clean uniform every day.

Parent-School Cooperation

• Cooperation between parents and the school is essential for your child’s success.

Updates

• Inform the school promptly of changes in address, mobile number, or landline number.

School Fees

• Fees are payable quarterly in advance.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable.

• A late fee of Rs. 5/- per day applies for delayed payments.
