Use of rough or uncivilized language is strictly prohibited, whether directed at academic staff, students, or support staff.
Students must greet staff and visitors politely at all times.
Respect and obedience towards school prefects are mandatory.
Students must walk calmly and sensibly around the school; running, playing, or any form of horseplay in corridors is not allowed.
Mutual respect among students is essential. Any form of bullying — physical, verbal, or mental — will be dealt with severely.
The School Students’ Council is responsible for maintaining discipline and executing various duties.
Students must cooperate with the Students’ Council and follow instructions given by prefects on duty.
Students who physically harm others will face suspension or rustication.
Respect for school property is compulsory. Furniture must not be damaged or written upon.
Any damage to school property must be reported immediately to a teacher or house parent.
Students should not display overt signs of affection towards teachers, students, or staff.
Litter must be disposed of in the bins provided, and students are encouraged to pick up litter when seen.
Bullying is strictly prohibited.
Bullying is defined as deliberately hurtful behavior, repeated over time, making it difficult for victims to defend themselves.
Types include:
Physical bullying: hitting, kicking, theft
Verbal bullying: name-calling, racist remarks
Severe disciplinary actions, including suspension or rustication, will be taken against students found guilty of bullying.
Students are expected to complete all classwork, assignments, and homework regularly and submit them on time.
Copying from peers is prohibited; offenders will be required to repeat the work during academic detention.
All work must be neat and legible.
Students falling behind in their work may be placed under academic detention.
Students must adhere to the school calendar and return to school promptly after vacations.
Textbooks must be handled carefully and not written on; exercise books should be kept neat and tidy.
Unfair means during tests and examinations are strictly forbidden. Violators will face severe consequences, including a 25% deduction in marks.
Routine work must be completed on time; failure to do so may result in academic detention.
